Background

Brickwell is a London-based real estate developer focused on creating thoughtfully designed residential and mixed-use spaces. They approached us seeking a visual identity that would convey structure, quality, and a sense of community – positioning them as a modern, considered alternative to conventional property developers.

Learnings

Developing Brickwell’s identity required balancing precision and clarity, reflecting their commitment to high-quality, thoughtfully designed spaces. The strategy process highlighted the importance of structure, simplicity, and attention to detail across every touchpoint. From the logo and typography to the colour palette and collateral, the resulting brand system communicates reliability, modernity, and distinction, helping Brickwell stand apart in a market often defined by generic, uninspired developer identities.
